Prospect Legal is an Accident Management company.

We specialise in Legal Expenses Insurance and Claims Solutions to the Motor Insurance Sector. We provide our services to insurers, brokers, fleets, taxi operators, and occasionally members of the public direct.

We are regulated by the Financial Services Authority.

The business was formed by Gary Barker and Marc Mercer, both Senior Managers of long standing with Blue Chip Financial Services institutions who wanted to create a business that was a bit different -
A business that actually puts quality first.

All of the people we look after at Prospect have one thing in common. They have all recently had a traffic accident. Often they are confused, vulnerable and sometimes hurt.
